Sleeps 2 or a family of 4

Wake to the sound of a beautiful Devonshire dawn and trickling stream and make your way to the farmhouse for a relaxing shower
followed by a traditional English breakfast should you so choose.

As an alternative, the barn adjacent to the yurt offers not only additional basic sleeping accommodation but is equipped with a toaster, kettle, microwave and iron.
Seating area for use with the yurt if wanted.
A small self catering unit with doors opening into the garden is also available throughout the year. There is also a basic camping area, where tents can be set up beside the stream in a secluded, peaceful field. Washing facilities are available, and electric hook ups are also available. There is also a BBQ area with BBQ facilities included.

Small weddings and other special occassions can also be held at Lower Cobberton, with space for a marquee beside the stream, as well as a stable barn which will be ready in Spring 2011. The barn will sleep 4 and include a log fire and all the important amenities.
